Delay Repay is a national scheme for trains in England, Wales and Scotland that allows you to claim compensation if your train was delayed by 15 minutes or more. Claiming is simple, just fill out a form online at your train operator’s website, but finding whether you are entitled to a compensation or not can be complicated and time consuming.

All you have to do is enter the journeys you want to keep track of, by adding the origin and destination stations as well as your usual time of travel, and the app will show you details of all trains that meet those criteria. Where the data suggests that these trains have been delayed this will be clearly marked, so that you can check with the train operator to see whether these journeys entitle you to submit a claim.

This app should only be used in conjunction with data from your train operator. You must confirm with your train operator to confirm that your train meets current Delay Repay scheme claim rules before submitting a claim.
